Questions people ask first
How fast can you deliver? +
Simple websites target about 3 days once your content, payment and required information are ready. That is a target, not a promise for complex projects. Your quote states the timeline.
Is the price final? +
Your quote is fixed for the scope you approve. Anything outside it is priced and agreed before we do it.
What do I pay and when? +
50% to begin and 50% on delivery, or the full amount upfront. The arrangement is written on your proposal.
Do I own my website and accounts? +
Where practical, your domain, payment gateway and analytics are in your own accounts, and we hand over access at delivery.
What if I want changes? +
You get consolidated revision rounds stated in the package. A bug caused by us is fixed and never counts as a revision. New features and pages are quoted separately.
What is not included? +
Each package lists exclusions. Domain registration, payment gateway fees, paid APIs, AI usage, premium tools and infrastructure upgrades are disclosed separately.
Can you guarantee rankings or a perfect speed score? +
No. We provide basic SEO and practical performance work where scoped, but we do not guarantee rankings or perfect scores.
Do you offer WhatsApp bots? +
WhatsApp AI or API bots are not offered. Telegram bot services and website embedded AI assistants are available.
Who pays payment gateway fees? +
Your payment gateway account is yours. You complete provider onboarding and pay the provider’s transaction fees.
Can I add more products after launch? +
Yes. The store dashboard lets you add products yourself. Product additions after launch are not charged by us as upload work.
What happens if my project changes? +
We name the change, quote it and get your approval before doing the extra work.
How long is my price summary valid? +
The source brief specifies 7 days. Your written quote remains valid for 7 days from issue.
