What we need from you
Accurate business information, logo and brand assets if available, product details and prices, photos, contact details, domain/account access and timely feedback. Delays can move the delivery date. Missing content, graphics or copy can be quoted separately.
Ownership, changes and support
Ownership ＋
Where practical, your domain, payment gateway and analytics live in your own accounts. We configure them and hand over access and documentation. You remain responsible for provider charges and renewals.
What if something changes mid-project? ＋
We name the change, price it and wait for your approval before doing it. No surprise invoices.
What if there is a bug? ＋
If we cause an error, we correct it and it never counts as one of your revisions.
After launch ＋
Growing websites and Starter/Growth stores include 14 days of post-launch support. Care plans are available after that.
Honest limits ＋
No unlimited revisions, hosting, storage or maintenance. No guaranteed search rankings or perfect speed score.
