LEGAL SPECIFICATION / CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

TRIXELTECH CLIENT
SERVICES AGREEMENT.

Master operational terms governing client projects, deliverable scope, revisions, client account ownership, and payment obligations. Clear terms build lasting trust.

1. Plain-English Summary↓

The Client is hiring TrixelTech (Trixel Technologies) to provide only the services and deliverables expressly written in the agreed quotation or project scope. TrixelTech will provide the agreed work to a professional standard within that scope. The Client will provide required business information, content, approvals, access and other materials and will pay the agreed fees. Anything not expressly included is not automatically included.

2. Contract Documents & Hierarchy↓

The agreement between TrixelTech and the Client consists of: (a) this Client Services Agreement, (b) the accepted written quotation/project scope, (c) approved change requests, and (d) applicable published service definitions. Project-specific written terms control for that project. General marketing statements do not silently expand an expressly agreed scope.

3. Scope of Services↓

TrixelTech may provide website design/development, landing pages, website redesign, website migration and rebuilding, pages, CMS, e-commerce, hosting/deployment, domain setup, SSL/HTTPS, analytics, SEO foundations, booking, graphics, copywriting, AI assistants, Telegram bots, payment integrations, maintenance, performance optimization and custom integrations, but strictly where expressly included in the accepted quotation or project scope.

4. Express Exclusions↓

Unless expressly included in the quotation, the project does not include: extra pages, extra revisions, booking, e-commerce, customer accounts, CRM, advanced databases/dashboards, custom applications, new APIs, AI model usage, extra payment gateways, advanced ongoing SEO campaigns, business email hosting, cybersecurity audits, large-scale content/product entry, professional photography, branding/trademarks, unlimited hosting/storage/bandwidth, unlimited maintenance, or future custom development.

5. Price and Payment↓

The Client pays the amount stated in the quotation/invoice. Standard options are 50% upfront deposit + 50% balance upon final handover, or 100% upfront for fast-track builds. TrixelTech may pause work while a due milestone remains unpaid. Final credentials and production handover may be withheld until full payment is settled.

6. Third-Party Costs and Client Resources↓

TrixelTech's service fee does not automatically include third-party provider fees: domain registration/renewal fees, paid cloud infrastructure, paid APIs, AI token usage, payment-gateway transaction charges, logistics services, premium software/plugins, paid fonts/assets, stock media, or SaaS services. These are paid directly by the Client to the relevant provider unless expressly bundled.

7. Client Responsibilities & Delays↓

The Client supplies accurate business information, brand assets, copywriting (unless purchased), product info/images, required legal policies, account access, and timely approvals. Delivery timelines depend on timely Client input. Delays in receiving content, product data, or gateway approvals extend delivery accordingly.

8. Revisions & Change Requests↓

Standard package revision limits: Basic Website: 2 rounds; Growing Website: 3 rounds; Starter Store: 2 rounds; Growth Store: 3 rounds. A revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback on the current version. Revisions cover text, image, colour, spacing, and minor layout adjustments. New pages, new features, or major direction pivots constitute a formal Change Request and will be quoted separately before commencement.

9. Testing, Acceptance & Performance↓

TrixelTech performs reasonable testing appropriate to the project across common responsive viewport sizes, links, forms, and HTTPS. Loading time depends on internet speed, mobile network quality, device hardware, and third-party APIs. A benchmark score is an engineering measurement, not a universal guarantee. TrixelTech does not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, or traffic levels.

10. Client Ownership & Intellectual Property↓

Subject to full payment and third-party licences, the Client owns the custom deliverables produced for their business. TrixelTech strongly advocates that clients own their own domains, payment gateways, and hosting accounts. TrixelTech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, generic reusable components, and internal utilities.

11. Limitation of Liability↓

TrixelTech provides services with reasonable professional care within the agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrixelTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial losses (including lost profits, provider outages, payment gateway policy rejections, or hosting downtime). TrixelTech is a technology service provider and not the merchant of record for client stores.

12. Contact & Notices↓
